Job summary

Macau Matters Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited, is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting professional to support regional retail operations. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, stock analysis, and management reporting to drive business performance review and improvement.

The candidate will oversee policy and process enhancements, ensure internal controls, coordinate with auditors, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail (FMCG or retail) of at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Qualified HKICPA or ACCA.
• Knowledge in Flex system and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experienced in retail POS systems and Flexystems-FION.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RMG regular financial reports and analysis reports.
• Responsible for preparing budget exercise, cash flow forecast, stock analysis reports.
• Prepare management report for supporting the review the business performance.
• Support Stock take exercise and assure provide proper accounting record for stock costs.
• Assist to review and formulate policies and procedures to enhance operational controls.
• Supervise and review and make recommendations to improve current business processes.
• Support to enhance compliance of accounting policies and procedures, internal control, tax and statutory requirements, including roll-outs to new business units.
• Working with auditors and relevant parties for audit exercises and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

Macau Matters Company Limited is wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited established in July 2006 to operate various retail facilities in Macau, Hong Kong and Greater China.

To support Retail Matters Group (RMG) Corporate office to analyse business performance and financial results of regional operations and prepare analytical reports for business performance planning and evaluation, not limited to consolidation.

Job Duties:

Prepare RMG regular financial reports and analysis reports

Responsible for preparing budget exercise, cash flow forecast, stock analysis reports
