Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager/Project Manager to lead a Fortune 500 account. Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management or project management.
• Client-facing experience, building relationships with senior clients and handling briefs to exceed requirements.
• Studio management or coordination experience is highly advantageous; understands creative studio mechanics.
• Entrepreneurial, imaginative, and growth-focused with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with day-to-day clients, external agency partners, and cross-functional agency team.
• Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and video deliverables.
• Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Review and refine creative project briefs, gather files, collaborate with the team to develop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets.
• Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center; guide best practices across creative and production.
• Take client feedback, assess the best way to move forward, and communicate next steps to the team.
