cccdi ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Account Manager to lead overseas client relationships and expand business in Singapore, the UK, and Australia.

You will oversee projects from inception to delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client goals and requirements are translated into high-quality digital solutions. The role requires strong communication skills across English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with 3–5 years in account servicing or project management within

Qualifications

• Experience in account servicing or project management in digital/IT/digital advertising development.
• Proven track record of handling medium to large scale projects.
• Strong written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage overseas client relationships, focusing on re-engaging Japanese clients and developing new clients in Singapore, the UK, and Australia.
• Independently oversee execution of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Build relationships with key clients to understand goals, requirements, and feedback.
• Present upgraded Mobile App CRM Demo and company solutions to clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and budget estimates; follow up on project opportunities in target markets.
• Collaborate with project management and development teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and delivery across front-end and back-end streams; supervise problem solving.
• Support market expansion strategy and contribute to overseas revenue growth targets.
• Self-motivate, work independently, and be fully accountable for projects of varying scales.
