Job summary

Occasions Asia Pacific 天機亞太集團, founded in 1987, is a leading communications group in Hong Kong and Mainland China. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client projects while developing strategic marketing and communications plans across digital, social, PR and experiential channels.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and media relationships, driving business development with market research, proposals, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of account or project management experience in PR, marketing or digital agencies, with senior-level exposure.
• Strong media network in local news, finance/property, lifestyle, and business sectors.
• Hands-on experience in digital content production, social media campaigns, influencer marketing and performance tracking.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as project leader/team member to manage client projects and provide professional advice.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and media.
• Drive business development activities, including market research, idea generation, and preparation of scopes of work/proposals.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing & communications plans across digital, social, PR and experiential channels
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation and financial performance (expenses, revenue and margin).
• Plan, organize, and manage PR events.
• Track campaign performance, create reporting frameworks, and use data insights to guide creative and strategic decisions.
