Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management or project management.
• Experience in client-facing capacity with senior clients.
• Studio management or coordination experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with day-to-day clients and agency partners.
• Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and video deliverables
• Leverage project management skills to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Review and refine creative project briefs, gather files, collaborate to develop, adapt and deploy assets
• Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center; guide best practices across creative and production
• Take in client feedback, assess best path forward, and communicate instructions to the team
• Collaborate with operations to share best practices and streamline processes
• Assist with brainstorming and concepting to bring creativity forward
• Work with Account and Project Management to scope and cost out projects
• Conduct regular status meetings and apply feedback for continuous improvement
