Job summary

Dentsu Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients and to drive objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

You will be the main day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, nurture relationships, translate briefs into actionable tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in account servicing within an advertising, design or digital agency environment, with a strong track record in client satisfaction and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal task briefs, collaborating closely with different teams on strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate with agency partners and third-party vendors on scopes, quotations, schedules and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Provide guidance, feedback and informal mentoring to junior team members to uplift the overall standard of client servicing.
