Job summary

Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead A&A and fit-out projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure design compliance, safety and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 8+ years of PM experience with large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects; you will manage schedules, budgets, site inspections and progress reporting.

To support our continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of A&A (Alteration & Addition) and fit-out projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective completion
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and enforce quality control measures
• Implement health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare detailed progress reports and provide clear updates to management and clients

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ project management experience; exposure to large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects is an advantage
• Proven track record in managing A&A and/or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and government submission procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
