Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an IT Security Manager / Assistant Manager in Hong Kong. You will lead security operations, monitor threats, coordinate incident response, and drive remediation with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates have experience in banking or other regulated financial services, strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese, and professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP or CEH.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT security, cyber security, or technology risk in regulated industries.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP or CEH are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations, threat management, and incident response.
• Review security controls and technical architecture across domains.
