Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Security Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee security operations, risk, and governance in a banking/regulatory environment.

The role covers threat monitoring, incident response, security controls review, and regulatory compliance across HK/ Mainland China. Strong English and Chinese communication, and professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Security, Cyber Security, Information Security, Technology Risk, or related areas with banking/regulatory industry preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH or equivalent are advantageous (not mandatory).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations & Threat Management: implement and enhance cybersecurity framework, monitor threats, coordinate remediation and response.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response with internal teams and external providers.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate containment and remediation.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security reviews.
• Governance, Awareness & Support: maintain documentation, risk assessments, metrics, and training activities.
• Risk Assessment & Compliance Audits: conduct risk assessments, review access controls, support audits and regulatory reviews.
