Job summary

Bosco Securities Limited is seeking a diligent Securities Settlement/Back-Office professional to support HK and US market settlements. The role covers CCASS processing, client fund movements, and reconciliation tasks within a busy operations team.

The ideal candidate brings experience in securities settlement, CCASS, and related back-office systems, with strong English and Chinese communication. Willingness to work outside regular hours and adapt to system improvements is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred; relevant experience in securities settlement or CCASS is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.
• Familiarity with HKEX and CCASS is a plus.
• Experience in OTC or other investment products is an advantage.
• US market settlement experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Ayers or other securities back-office systems is a plus.
• Detail-minded with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily securities settlement and back-office operations for HK and US markets.
• Process CCASS and other settlement instructions and follow up on outstanding settlement items.
• Handle settlement and operational support for equities, OTC and other investment products.
• Handle client fund and securities deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation and handle corporate actions, IPOs and related activities.
• Process payment instructions and other client fund-related operations.
• Maintain operational records and prepare related reports.
• Liaise with banks, brokers, counterparties and internal departments on settlement and operational matters.
• Participate in system migration, implementation, UAT and process enhancement projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
