Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned back office settlement specialist to handle daily settlement operations, deal matching, and stock reconciliations. The role requires strong CCASS/DCASS knowledge, plus solid English and Chinese communication.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in the brokerage field, be well-organised, and able to support day-end processes and internal controls. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience in brokerage industry.
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS compliance rules.
• Strong PC skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Well-organised personality with attention to detail.
• MIC background is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower position.

Responsibilities

• Carry daily settlement transactions operation including deal matching.
• Responsible for day-end procedures & daily stock reconciliation.
• Manage and supervise daily back office activities - securities/futures (CCASS & DCASS).
• Perform SI instructions and daily settlement operations of securities, futures and options.
• Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimise risk exposure.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
