CPJobs International in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Settlement Officer/Assistant Settlement Manager/Settlement Manager to oversee daily settlement operations, deal matching, and back-office activities across securities, futures and options.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in brokerage, CCASS/DCASS experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and excellent English and Chinese communication; immediate availability is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or university graduate required.
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in brokerage.
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS rules.
• Strong PC skills and MS Word/Excel.
• Well-organised with attention to details.
• MIC background is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry daily settlement transactions operation including deal matching.
• Perform day-end procedures and daily stock reconciliation.
• Manage and supervise daily back-office activities (CCASS & DCASS).
• Perform SI instructions and daily settlement operations of securities, futures and options.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to minimise risk.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
