Job summary

Public Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient securities related services to clients in Hong Kong. The role focuses on acquiring and nurturing new and existing customer relationships in line with target segments to optimize new business opportunities.

You will support securities promotional campaigns, assist with the application of securities products, and collaborate with branch staff on the securities business.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in RA1.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and excellent securities related services to customers.
• Acquire and nurture new and existing customer relationships in line with target segments for optimizing new business opportunities.
• Support securities promotional campaigns and application of securities related products.
• Collaborate with branch staff on the securities business and report to Department Head.
• Manage operational risk and adhere to the compliance requirements of the relevant policies and guidelines.
