Job summary

Deutsche Bank Private Banking in Hong Kong seeks a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day-to-day client servicing. You will handle inquiries, process orders and payments, perform AML checks, and prepare client documentation to ensure timely, compliant service for high-net-worth clients.

You will maintain accurate client records, support onboarding and Know Your Customer processes, and coordinate marketing events with RMs.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or with relevant banking industry experience.
• 7+ years of client servicing experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (HK).

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and assist Relationship Managers in all client services.
• Process client orders including money market, securities and FX, ensuring suitability.
• Process and follow up on client payments with AML considerations and record-keeping.
• Prepare and distribute client-related documentation and account opening packs.
• Maintain client and transaction records, support onboarding/offboarding per AML rules.
• Support RMs with marketing events invitations and approvals; coordinate admin tasks.
