Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of the securities products system in response to market conditions, regulatory requirements and business strategies.

You will head a team coordinating with business units, IT specialists and vendors, handling requirement analysis, design test cases, UAT and health checks while managing project processes and communications.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or IT related disciplines.
• Prior experience in stock trading systems and E-channels is essential.

• Responsible for system development of the Bank's securities products in response to market conditions, strategies and HKEX/regulators' requirements.
• Lead a team to work with various stakeholders for requirements, testing and UAT.
• Manage project process, documentation, progress reporting and escalation.

Job description

• Responsible for the system development of the Bank's securities products in response to the market conditions, business strategies, and the HKEX / regulators' requirements
• Lead a team to work closely with various business units, IT specialists, and vendors for system requirement analysis, test case design, performing UAT and system health checking
• Manage project process, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in stock trading system and E-channels
• Prior experience in overseas stock trading system, trade surveillance, and PMP certification would be an advantage
• Capable of managing project independently as well as working with multiple project stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable
