Job summary

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional for system development of their securities products. The role involves managing a team to conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration or IT, have at least 10 years of relevant experience, and possess strong skills in communication and analytical thinking, with proficiency in Chinese and English. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in stock trading systems and E-channels.
• Experience in overseas stock trading, trade surveillance, and PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin speaking preferred.

Job description

• Responsible for the system development of the Bank’s securities products in response to the market conditions, business strategies, and the HKEX / regulators’ requirements
• Lead a team to work closely with various business units, IT specialists, and vendors for system requirement analysis, test case design, performing UAT and system health checking
• Manage project process, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in stock trading system and E-channels
• Prior experience in overseas stock trading system, trade surveillance, and PMP certification would be an advantage
• Capable of managing project independently as well as working with multiple project stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable
