Michael Page is seeking a Scrum Master for a temporary engagement in Hong Kong within the insurance sector. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate with technology teams to manage backlogs, and remove blockers to ensure steady delivery across sprints.

You will promote Agile practices, track progress, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, maintaining clear delivery records and stakeholder communication.

Competenze

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Ability to manage sprint backlogs, priorities and delivery dependencies.
• Experience identifying and resolving blockers affecting delivery.
• Ability to track progress and communicate delivery risks clearly.
• Experience supporting retrospective actions and continuous improvement.

Job Description

As a Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will include:
