Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited seeks a client service professional in Hong Kong to respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism and efficiency. You will process account opening, fund transfers, and service-related transactions while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, at least 3 years in customer service within brokerage or financial institutions, SFC RA1 (RA2 a plus),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-year relevant customer service experience within a brokerage or financial institution
• SFC RA1 Representative Licence is required; SFC RA2 licence is an advantage
• Strong risk awareness, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and front-line staffs via phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism and efficiency
• Process client requests, including account opening, fund transfers, service-related transactions and other operational procedures
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating systems promptly and ensuring data integrity
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary
• Assist with reporting and monitoring for investment-immigration clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and client satisfaction
