Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Limited seeks a Customer Service Officer in Operations & Settlement to manage data entry, client records, and account-opening workflows with strict compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, 2+ years in financial services customer service, and an SFC license (Type 1 & 2). Mandarin fluency and immediate availability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least two years' hands-on customer service experience in financial services.
• Experience with account opening in brokerage or banking is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Chinese word processing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good time-management and organization.
• Holder of SFC license for Regulated Activities Type 1 and Type 2.
• Fluent spoken Mandarin is essential.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Handle account-opening processes, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Respond to client enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist the team with report preparation, commission calculations, and customer notifications.
• Respond to enquiries from the Sales Team and provide the necessary operational support.
• Maintain and update client information and related records.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records in accordance with internal procedures.

Handle account-opening processes, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Respond to client enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Assist the team with report preparation, commission calculations, and customer notifications.

Respond to enquiries from the Sales Team and provide the necessary operational support.

Maintain and update client information and related records.

Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent, with at least two years of hands-on customer service experience in the financial-services industry.

Previous account-opening experience in the brokerage or banking industry is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good time-management and organizational abilities.

Holder of SFC license for Regulated Activities Type 1 and Type 2.

Fluent spoken Mandarin is essential.
