Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related disciplines preferred.
• Prior experience as a Sales Assistant or Customer Service role in related industries (biotech / life sciences / lab supplies / medical devices) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, DingTalk, Google Drive and other common office tools
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, strong sense of responsibility; able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with sales staff, customers and suppliers; fluent in both Cantonese and English

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing enquiries based on sales team requests; prepare quotations in accordance with company pricing policy and distribute to sales staff and customers
• Collect signed customer orders from procurement groups and emails; prepare delivery notes, shipping orders and invoices; record transactions in DingTalk; sync files to both cloud and local storage
• Reach out to customers online; gather product usage feedback; remind about replenishment; coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements; follow up on shipment status
• Receive goods from couriers and other channels; sort, store and dispatch; ensure inventory records are reconciled with physical stock
• Assist with order processing, logistics and reconciliation for the Macau region
• Assist Business, Finance and Marketing teams with ad-hoc tasks (e.g. contracts, tenders, document organisation)
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head

This role supports operations across the Hong Kong life science market, handling quotations, order processing, customer engagement, warehouse operations, and cross-functional support for a company with partnerships across leading Hong Kong universities.

Key responsibilities

Handle pricing enquiries based on sales team requests; prepare quotations in accordance with company pricing policy and distribute to sales staff and customers
