Operations & Administration (30%):Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong office from the ground up, including office administration and local vendor management. Act as the primary liaison with the mainland headquarters to coordinate finance, tax compliance, and essential HR functions for the local team.
Supply Chain & Delivery (40%):Take full ownership of supply chain activities utilizing Hong Kong as an international transit hub. Manage the end-to-end import/export customs clearance, international logistics, and local warehousing for biotech raw materials and products, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery to overseas clients.
Government Relations & Compliance (30%):Liaise with local HK government bodies and institutions (e.g., HKSTP, Cyberport, InvestHK) to drive applications for tech subsidies, grants, and operational qualifications. Assist management in ensuring all local business operations strictly adhere to regional regulations.
Legal Work Status:Must possess a valid legal working status in Hong Kong (e.g., Hong Kong Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work visa such as TTPS, QMAS, ASSG, etc.).
Cross-border Commute:Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Shenzhen for seamless cross-border business operations.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Biotechnology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of hands‑on experience in comprehensive operations or supply chain management in Hong Kong. Background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or cross‑border trade is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's import/export customs procedures and cross‑border logistics operations, equipped with strong problem‑solving skills for handling delivery exceptions.
Proven track record of successfully applying for HK government funding or science park programs is a significant advantage.
Language Capability: Fluent in both Mandarin and English for professional business communication; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
Highly self‑motivated with a strong "hands-on" mentality. Capable of multi‑tasking and delivering closed‑loop results independently within a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment
