Job summary

DKSH Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Assist Sales Manager to support planning and execution of sales strategies, aiming to hit targets and grow market share in the dispensary and drugstore sectors.

You will supervise a Field Sales team of 3-4, collaborate with marketing, manage in-store promotions, order placement, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, English & Cantonese, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years field sales experience in dispensary / drugstore, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferably within the scope of Personal Care, Household categories
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Result oriented, and possess strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills.
