Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking experienced sales leaders for its expanding Hong Kong and Macau market operations. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with local channels, and lead distributor management and business development initiatives.

You will drive negotiations, manage performance against revenue targets, identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence, and build local sales teams where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate business growth in the Hong Kong and/or Macau market.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key local channels
• Lead channel expansion, distributor management, and business development initiatives.
• Drive commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contract discussions with customers and partners.
• Manage sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and improve market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence across key sales channels.
• Build and lead local sales teams where applicable.
