Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing documents, data entry and scheduling. You will liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries and assist with planning and training events.

Five days a week, 8:30am–5:30pm, this on-site role is based in Ang Mo Kio. Salary is up to SGD 3,000 per month, with a short notice start preferred.

Qualifications

• Min Certificate in Business Admin.
• 1-2 years experience in Sales Coordinator role.
• Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, short notice start.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing documents
• Provide admin support to the sales team (Scheduling/Data Entry)
• Handle LC documents for bank submission
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries
• Assist with planning, coordination and internal training events
• Submit monthly reports to Accounts Department
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
