Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This role involves managing showroom viewings, engaging in sales, and handling various administrative tasks, including providing virtual customer support, replying to customers via Email/WhatsApp, planning delivery schedules, etc. On-the-job training will be provided. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in decision-making and develop high-income skills.

Work Schedule
- 5-day work week, Tuesday to Saturday/Sunday to Thursday (tbc)
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM daily
Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive showroom and online sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with both retail and corporate (B2B) clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing.
Customer Relationship Management
- Oversee the customer journey from enquiry to after-sales support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer issues and implement service recovery strategies where necessary.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Inventory & Sales Administration
- Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate stock movements with the operations team.
- Manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and inventory data using Google Workspace and internal systems.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Review and improve sales processes and operational workflows.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, or business development, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets and motivate a team to perform.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets/Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to take ownership of operational improvements and undertake ad-hoc responsibilities when required.
