Job summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and quick-learning Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid merchandising / sales order follow-up (跟單) experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the crucial hub connecting sales, clients, and external vendors (designers/suppliers) to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

Job Descriptions:

Multi-tasking & Order Follow-up: Handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, tracking progress from product data collection to final delivery.

Vendor & Scope Management: Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers), manage project scopes, and ensure clear communication between all parties to prevent misunderstandings.

Data & Version Control: Maintain accurate master databases (product Excel files), ensuring details are complete and verified before passing to design teams or clients.

Quality & Process Gatekeeping: Review vendor drafts, check for missing information, and ensure output meets standards before sending to clients.

Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, handling client inquiries, and administrative support.

Requirements:

High diploma above is recommended

At least 1-3 years experience in sales jobs in related field

Relevant experience ininterior design / material supplier field / art related industry is an advantage

An excellent professional presentation and strong organizational ability

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Excel for managing complex product information

Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
