Qualificações

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Coordination within Shipping/Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics operations and standards.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

1. Maintain relationships with shipping companies and clients.

2. Facilitate the progress and execution of specialized projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

3. Assist the Sales Department in handling additional operational charges and addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.

4. Prepare service quotations in response to client enquiries.

5. Support the Finance Department in the collection of accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

6. Monitor and follow-up on customer satisfaction assessments for key clients, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high service standards.

7. Manage procurement and maintenance activities to ensure the continuous supply of services, optimising cost efficiency and supplier relationships.

Requirements:

1 . Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Coordination within the Shipping and Logistics industry.

2 . Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics operations, procedures, and industry standards.
