Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a driven Merchant Sales Executive to expand our market footprint across the region. You will sell our end-to-end payment processing solutions to business owners, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding.

You will drive SMB and mid-market acquisitions, analyze merchant statements for cost savings, and tailor payment technology solutions including smart POS, gateways, and virtual terminals, while maintaining a high-volume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience (payments, SaaS, or merchant services preferred).
• Strong negotiation, cold outreach, and financial analysis skills (reading processing statements).
• Self-motivated closer with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology.
