Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support professional in Singapore to identify prospects via cold calling, conduct client meetings, and coordinate with partners on new opportunities. You will prepare quotations, manage renewal quotes, and maintain records to support sales cycles.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales Support or Sales Coordination, with a Diploma or Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, tender documents, and maintain quotation records.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, version control, and prepare sales, pipeline, and quotation reports.

• Working hour : Mon to Fri, 830-6pm

• Salary : $3300 -$4000 basic+ Comission

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, tender documents, and maintain quotation records, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, version control, and prepare sales, pipeline, and quotation reports.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination
• Experience in the IT, networking, cybersecurity, system integration, or technology industry is an advantage
