Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE LTD is seeking an IT Sales Executive in Singapore. The role offers a salary of S$3,300 to S$4,000 basic per month plus commission. Location is Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park with regular Monday to Friday hours.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field and 1–3 years of sales support or coordination experience. IT/networking industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Sales Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects through cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, and tender documents.
• Maintain quotation records, ensure data accuracy, and generate relevant reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, and version control.
• Prepare sales, pipeline, and quotation reports.
