Job summary

A global manufacturing company is urgently seeking a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare reports, and maintain shipping schedules. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or solar industries. Tertiary education is required. Occasional travel within HK, Macau, and China may be necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing or trading.
• Experience in construction or solar business is a plus.
• Experience in electric wiring and solar business related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to management in H.K. / Singapore HQ.
• Handle inquiries about company products.
• Monitor shipping schedules and follow up with customers.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as needed.
• Arrange samples for customers.
• Occasional customer visits or business trips.

Job Description

• Report to management in H.K. / Singapore regional HQ
• Handle all inquiry about company product under Architectural Glass Business;
• Customer services work including shipping document; order processing, monitor shipping schedule and follow up with current customers, etc.;
• Prepare report and forecast when required;
• Arrange samples to customers;
• Courtesy customer visit or business trip is required but not very frequent(Area: HK, Macau and China)

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education with at least 3 years experiences in sales & marketing or trading business. Below industries are preferred but not essential:
• Construction industry with trading firms
