Job summary

Shangri-La Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a Sales Executive to support day-to-day sales activities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of COE Sales, assisting with sales plans, account strategies, and revenue targets, while identifying opportunities in the China market and building client relationships. Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Events Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Hotel sales experience; background in Reservations and Front Office operations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of COE Sales to support commercial sales activities, account servicing and business development efforts across designated market segments.
• Support the Department Head in executing sales plans, account strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within the China market and build strong client relationships.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
• Coordinate familiarization trips (FAM) and drive business exposure.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and awareness of sales activities and bookings.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

About The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be supporting the Team by coordinating day-to-day sales activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
