Job summary

The Shangri-La Group is seeking a Captain - In-Room Dining for Kerry Hotel, Kowloon, to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service. You will oversee the In-Room Dining section and uphold hotel standards.

With at least 3 years' experience in hotel or F&B service, you will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and work closely with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and service quality. Strong English and Chinese communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About The Role
