As a market leader, they are specializing in E&M Contracting Services, Equipment, Architectural Fitting, Building Services, HVAC, Facility Management, Energy Management, and System & Data Centre Infrastructure for the government, private commercial, and private residential sectors.

Job Duties:

• Perform services and products sales, present new contracts, secure and renew the maintenance contract
• Closely work with technicians, sub-contractors, clients, and any other stakeholders involved in the end-to-end project cycle
• Prepare submission works such as cost estimation, job tender, quotation, proposal, job completion, etc on service / fitting-out projects for clients' acceptance
• Manage job performances of technical staff and outside contractors, supervise service works, and identify pull-through opportunities
• Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of spare parts and materials to be procured for the projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient knowledge of building maintenance services / public transportation / logistic installation
• A good team player with an agile mindset. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD
