Job summary

ATAL Building Services Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineer at all levels (Electrical, HVAC, P&D, Fire) to join a dynamic team. You will liaise with clients and contractors, monitor site progress and safety, and assist the Project Manager with tenders, price negotiations, and budgeting.

Fresh grads may be considered as Assistant Engineer. On-the-job training, performance bonus, medical insurance, education subsidy, and clear career progression await successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related engineering disciplines.
• 3 years’ relevant working experience in E&M Building Services contracts.

• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for Engineer - All levels (Electrical/HVAC/BS/P&D/Fire) to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.

Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.

Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.

Requirements:

Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services orother related Engineering disciplines

Possess 3 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contracts

Self-motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

Fresh Grads will also be considered as Assistant Engineer
