Job summary

Lanson Place Causeway Bay is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction in Hong Kong. You will support the Sales team with administrative tasks and help develop business with corporate accounts.

A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field, plus at least one year in the hotel industry, and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills, along with MS Office proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel or related industry.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Assist the Sales team with business development and maintaining client relationships.
• Handle enquiries from corporate accounts and potential clients.
• Maintain and manage the client database to ensure contact details are up to date.
