Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, a premier luxury hotel and residences, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and cultivate valuable relationships within a competitive market.

The role requires a degree in hospitality and at least 5 years of luxury hotel sales experience, with fluent English communication. You will lead regional sales initiatives and engage with key partners to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive ambitious sales growth and cultivate fruitful relationships.
• Manage sales territories assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Lead initiatives from advertising and promotions to personal selling, publicity and trade shows.
• Build relationships with clients, bureaus, associations, airlines, travel/real estate agents, and other local business community members.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.

What will you do?

You will fuel ambitious sales growth and cultivate fruitful relationships. You will be our:

• Navigator of Sales, driving our sales success to ensure we meet our ambitious goals. You will take the reins of the sales territories entrusted to you by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Catalyst of Initiatives, being the spark to ignite an innovative, diverse array of sales initiatives – from advertising and promotions to personal selling, publicity and trade shows.
• Relationship Builder, Interacts with individuals outside the Hotel, including but not limited to clients, Convention Bureaus, local Hotel Associations, Government Tourists Offices, Airlines, Travel and Real Estate Agents, Competitors and other members of the local Business Community.

You will be the key to our sales success and building strong relationships to consistent achieve our goals.
