Job summary

Lane Crawford is seeking a Style Advisor in Hong Kong to be the main point of contact for our customers, a master storyteller guiding them to new brands, key pieces and exclusive Lane Crawford offerings.

You will inspire fashion and lifestyle expertise, build long-term client relationships, and proactively tailor solutions across business units, while exceeding personal and store KPIs.

The Role

Inspire our customers by being their passionate fashion and lifestyle expert, dedicated to delivering an exceptional end to end styling experience.

Act as Lane Crawford Ambassador, using your clienteling skills to provide a personalised customer experience and build strong long term relationships.

Proactively engage with customers to identify their unique needs, using your knowledge in styling and selling to provide them with personalised, cross business unit solutions.

Actively manage your portfolio of customers and continue to grow your customer base and generate referrals.

Manage your sales and customer database to meet/exceed your individual and team sales targets and KPI’s.

Proactively capture and provide feedback on products and / or services received from the customers.
