Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full recruitment cycles for retail positions. You will source top talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews and align with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The role emphasizes market awareness, relationship building with candidates and stakeholders, and ongoing talent pipeline development in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in luxury retail, retail, FMCG or recruitment agencies.
• Strong knowledge in candidate sourcing and full recruitment cycle.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.
• Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 175 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values.As the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will help to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for retail population. You will drive business growth by bringing in top retail talents for the company.

The Role

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top retail talents.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Driveend-to-end recruitment, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, interview management and stakeholder alignment, ensuring a seamless hiring process in partnership with hiring managers.

Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

The Candidate

Degree Holder in any discipline

5+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in luxury retail, retail, FMCG or recruitment agencies.

Strong knowledge in candidate sourcing and full recruitment cycle.

Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.

Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
