Arnhold Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the engineering products team. You will prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate records throughout the sales cycle.

Support Sales Operations: Prepare quotations, sales contracts, product proposals, specifications, and related documentation while providing administrative support to the sales team throughout the entire sales process.
Coordinate Project and Customer Activities: Liaise and coordinate with customers and internal departments on enquiries, orders, and project requirements, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth execution of sales-related activities to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain Accurate Information: Organize, maintain, and update customer records, project information, sales databases, and related documentation to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for pre-sales and post-sales activities, including document preparation, filing, reporting, and other ad hoc departmental projects as required.
You are a well-organized and dependable team player who enjoys supporting others and ensuring details are handled accurately. You can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent service and communication standards.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing, project coordination, or related functions.
Educational Background: Diploma or above in Business Administration, or related disciplines.
System Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Strong Coordination Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Positive Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with a positive attitude, strong team spirit, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
