The role emphasizes advanced Excel/VBA automation, ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP or Oracle), and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and Production to align forecasts with capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and VBA/macros.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning/execution with CM experience.
• Resilience, detail-oriented, and agility in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales Admin, and factory to resolve inquiries and delivery commitments.
• Monitor production progress with contract manufacturers and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure material availability and minimize shortages.
• Develop Excel tools and VBA macros to automate reporting and track KPIs.
• Identify process improvements to increase planning efficiency and reduce cycle times.
