Demand Planner

Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting: Oversee demand forecasting for Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asian markets. Incorporate regional characteristics (e.g., promotional campaigns, seasonal trends) to enhance forecast accuracy, align forecasts cross-departmentally, and generate precise order plans.

Inventory Level Optimization: Analyze inventory health (e.g., sell-through, excess stock, order fulfillment rates) across regions and optimize stock levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Reporting & Performance: Develop and prepare regular regional-level inventory and sell-through reports, providing management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Tech & Automation: Assist in driving daily operations automation projects to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in demand planning for e-commerce brands. Experience with Korean marketplaces (e.g., Coupang, Naver) or familiarity with healthcare categories is highly preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel functions. Knowledge of AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow optimization is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Language: Fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is highly advantageous.
