Job summary

China Telecom Global is seeking a skilled routing operations professional to oversee onboarding and lifecycle management of international A2P SMS routing resources. The role requires negotiating terms, developing cost-effective channels, and maintaining a global overview of premium routes.

You will monitor channel quality, implement dynamic routing based on LCR, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure SLA compliance and optimal delivery rates. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of international A2P SMS routing operations experience.
• Proficient in SMPP protocol and A2P routing principles.
• Familiar with international SMS settlement rules and profit calculation models.
• Strong data sensitivity and data analysis capability.
• Understanding of global A2P industrial chain and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Extensive resources with international telecom operators.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-team coordination skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop routing resources and optimize underlying cost structure and channel stability

• Conduct real-time monitoring of channel quality across destinations
• Implement dynamic intelligent routing scheduling based on LCR strategy
• Allocate optimal cost-effective routes while ensuring customer SLA compliance and improving message delivery rate
• Establish a differentiated pricing system based on channel quality and region
• Formulate routing operation strategies targeting core metrics like revenue, profit, traffic and message return rate
• Collaborate with technical teams to reduce violation rate via AI outbound verification

• Establish a differentiated pricing system based on dimensions including channel quality and geographical regions
• Formulate routing operation strategies targeting core metrics such as business revenue, profit margin, traffic volume and message return rate
• Implement cross-departmental collaboration mechanism with the technical team to reduce violation rate through technical approaches including AI outbound verification

Job Requirements

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above; majors in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields are preferred
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in international A2P SMS routing operations, communication network resource management or traffic operation
• Proficient in SMPP protocol, A2P routing principles and gray-scale distribution mechanism
• Familiar with international SMS settlement rules and profit calculation models
• Strong data sensitivity and capability in data analysis and application
• In-depth understanding of the global A2P industrial chain and local regulatory compliance frameworks in different regions
• Extensive resources with international telecom operators
• Excellent business negotiation and bargaining skills
• Strong strategic thinking as a traffic operator and acute business awareness; result-oriented with strong execution capability, excellent cross-team coordination skills
