Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms in Hong Kong. You will lead Front Office, Concierge, Guest Service Centre, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Security to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will report to the General Manager and participate in the Executive Committee, driving guest satisfaction, service quality and brand standards across the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 8-10 years progressive Rooms Division leadership in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Experience in Hong Kong/ Mainland China/ Asia Pacific region.
• Strong knowledge of Rooms Division operations and metrics.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin helpful.
