Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. Based at our iconic hotel, you will help ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hospitality experience, a friendly and proactive attitude, and a strong eye for detail. You will work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in service.

About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Room Attendant will be responsible in ensuring the comfort of all in-house guests as established by hotel procedures and standard. The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

As Room Attendant , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Clean the guest rooms in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
