• Experience in investment promotion, government cooperation, or industrial finance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, coordination, resilience under pressure, and execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for DCM business development and execution under the No.1 License platform, including bond issuance, structured financing, debt restructuring, and related products—covering client coverage, solution design, and transaction execution.
• Actively expand ECM opportunities and collaborate on equity financing, convertible bonds, private placements, and related projects.
• Lead or support investment promotion and business attraction initiatives, identifying financing and capital market needs of local governments, industrial parks, and key enterprises to drive successful partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, financial institutions, regulators, and local government entities to continuously grow business scale and market influence.
• Monitor market trends, policy developments, and peer activities; provide timely strategic recommendations and support team planning and resource coordination.
• Serve in a potential leadership development role, participating in team management, project coordination, and mentoring of junior colleagues, with clear pathway to higher managerial responsibilities.

Job description

Primary responsibility for No.1 License DCM (Debt Capital Markets) business, with additional coverage of ECM (Equity Capital Markets), investment promotion, and related business development. This role offers direct ownership of core DCM business under the No.1 License platform, with focused resources, deep business exposure, and significant growth potential. Broad coverage across DCM + ECM + investment promotion enables comprehensive skill development. Positioned as a potential leadership track role with clear management development pathways for outstanding performers.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields preferred.

Solid hands-on experience in DCM business with strong familiarity of bond market rules, product structures, and end-to-end processes; prior ECM or comprehensive financing project experience is a plus.

Strong client acquisition and resource integration capabilities; experience in investment promotion, government cooperation, or industrial finance is advantageous.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, high resilience under pressure, and strong execution ability with a results-oriented mindset.
