Job summary

The role involves investor marketing, roadshow support, and coordination for bookbuilding and syndication, with preference for candidates holding relevant HK licences and multilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 1-5 years ECM/IBD experience in Hong Kong.
• SFC Type 1 and Type 6 licences preferred, regulatory knowledge.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee end-to-end ECM business executions, monitor market tracking and industry trends, prepare periodic market updates and internal reports.
• Conduct due diligence support, transaction documentation and listing compliance work throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Assist in investor marketing and roadshow arrangements, collation of investor feedback, and support end-to-end bookbuilding execution, order monitoring and syndication coordination for ECM transactions.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties and project-related assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related disciplines
• 1‑5 years relevant ECM / IBD execution experience in Hong Kong capital market. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior position.
• SFC Type 1 and Type 6 Representative Licences are preferred, with higher preference for experienced candidates with solid regulatory compliance knowledge
• Excellent documentation, cross‑party coordination and multi‑tasking skills; capable of delivering high‑quality output under tight deal timelines
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
