Job summary

ALO in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for store leadership across Operations, Sales, and Visual Merchandising. You will partner with Store Leadership to forecast workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle hiring with a focus on a superior candidate experience.

The role requires building talent pools, delivering timely hiring outcomes, and representing the brand in recruitment events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably within retail, consumer, lifestyle, luxury, or fast-growing brands.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and delivering hiring outcomes within tight timelines.
• Experience recruiting for retail store leadership positions and/or supporting retail expansion and growth initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment systems.
• Volume recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Available to start immediately or within a short period of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail store leadership roles across multiple levels and functions, including Operations, Sales, and Visual Merchandising.
• Partner with Store Leadership and Operations teams to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top retail talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to hire managers.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Represent ALO in talent attraction activities and support employer branding initiatives.
