Job summary

ALO Hong Kong is seeking a General Manager to own and grow the store’s business in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams, drive profitability, merchandising standards and guest experience while upholding ALO’s mission.

You will develop local strategies, manage talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets and deliver exceptional store performance in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive KPI performance.
