Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Hong Kong to support store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management teams to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates while maintaining strong visual standards.

The role requires the ability to move dynamically on the retail floor, engage with guests, and uphold stockroom processes. Perks include team discounts and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks up to 10–15 kg safely.
• Ability to perform physical retail duties including bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, suppliers, and facilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster a safe work environment with proper stockroom practices.
• Move across the store to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in company-level operational directives with the Operations team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
